Double Deep Racking

Double-Deep racking is constructed to store two pallets deep, or four pallets deep in a double entry rack. The system requires the use of a special reach truck with either dual pantograph or sliding fork attachments.

Double deep guide rails can be fitted to the upper levels of the racking by simple connection to standard beams to assist in forklift operations.

Advantages include:

many of the benefits of Selective Pallet Racking;

increased storage density;

provides maximum efficiency when multiple pallet quantities of each product line are stored.
