Pallet Live Storage

Pallet live storage consists of a number of gravity conveyor Lanes arranged side by side and one above another. Pallets are loaded at the upper end of the slope and travel through the block on rollers ; they queue up at the lower end of the lanes. This lower end constitutes the picking face of the block. When a pallet is removed, the remaining pallets in the lane move forward, bringing the next in line to the picking face. The rate of movement of pallets is controlled by breakrollers.
