Below we give an overview of the steps we take to find the most cost effective solution to a nagging storage problem. It covers from the time of initial meetings to post installation support.

	Initial Planning - Problem Analysis - Meet with the appropriate people and listen to their concerns - Discover present and future needs - Determine if needs and procedures will change - Inventory items to be stored, identify potential storage places - Determine unique needs related to the facility - Floor loading requirements- Identify safety concerns .
	Develop Design Solution - Try several approaches and equipment applications - Finalize the most practical storage solutions - Develop budget costs. Finalize drawings.
	Budgeting, Funding and Ordering - Complete the costing and prepare a formal proposal - Meet with key people to present the proposal, identify additions or changes - Identify lead time and installation needs - Determine a timeline for funding approval - Order products and schedule delivery and installation.
	Delivery and Installation - Co-ordinate installation timing with client - Installation team arrives on time and complete the work within the agreed time frame - Training of the installed solution is performed - Maintenance and warranty procedures are followed as agreed
