Tellus offers the Dexion Pick
To Light system. It increases productivity and improves accuracy.
Orders that have been matched to a bar coded tote travel by
conveyor and are directed into the appropriate picking zone.
The picker scans the bar code, causing the attention lights
to flash with the quantity of items to be picked being displayed
on a numeric screen.
As each order is picked, the picker presses the acknowledge
button which clears the flashing light. On completion of the
pick, all numeric displays within that zone are cleared indicating
that the items to be picked from that area have been done and
that the box can now move onto the next picking zone. |
